現在、当店ではお電話、メール、インスタグラムのDM、
食べログ、ホットペッパーグルメにてご予約を受け付けております。
しかし、最近、メール、インスタグラムのDMで予約いただいた
海外の方がご連絡いただくことなく来店されないということが
続いております。
しかも、1人2人ではなく5名6名と大人数での予約です。
当店では半数近くのお席を確保する状態となり、お断りした
お客様も少なくありません。
このようなことを回避するために、誠に勝手ながら、
明日（2026年5月20日）より予約方法をお電話(日本語のみ)、
食べログ、ホットペッパーに統一させていただきます。
メール、インスタグラムのDMでのお問い合わせには
対応させていただきますが、お時間かかる場合があることを
ご了承ください。
たくさんの方のご利用をお待ちしております。
We have taken reservations
via telephone, e-mail, Instagram's DM, Tabelog and hotpper groumet but unfortunately we are confronting no-show guests problems.
When we have a reservation of a big group (5-6guests) we have to keep a half tables of the restaurant and if customers do not come, our restaurant take a big damage. To avoid this problem, from May 19, we will take reservations only via telephone, tabelog and hotpper gourmet, not via e-mail and Instagram DM.
We will be happy to answer questions via e-mail and DM but it may take a while to reply.
